To celebrate its 100th Anniversary (1924-2024), the International Association of Communication Sciences and Disorders (IALP) is delighted to announce its forthcoming Composium entitled Contemporary Perspectives in Communication Sciences and Disorders, to be held in Vienna, Austria between 27th and 29th June 2024. Venue: Haus der Ingenieure, Eschenbachgasse 9, 1010 Vienna, Austria.

Early full registration will remain available until 15 May, 2024. After this date, regular and higher full registration fees will apply. Onsite registration will not be available. Registration rates include opening ceremony and welcome reception, coffee breaks, refreshments and lunches on both days of the conference and full access to the scientific programme.

Day registration will be available from 6th May to 15 June 2024. One Day Registration option on 28th or 29th June 2024 at EUR 250 is available through this link from 6 May – 15 June 2024. Day Registration rates include full access to scientific programme, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and lunch on the day chosen.

Tickets for the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on 27 June and for the Social Event at Stiegl Ambulanz on 28 June, can be purchased extra for EUR 50 and EUR 55 respectively.

• 27th June 2024: 17.00 – Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

• 28 – 29 June 2024: 8.30-17.30 – Composium days

• Social event: 28th June 2024 at 19.00 at Stiegl Ambulanz.

There are 3 types of membership of Affiliate Society, depending on the profile of the organization. Category A Society Membership: National organizations in communication sciences and disorders having individual members among their membership. Examples of this category are The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA ), Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)and The Egyptian Society for Phoniatrics and Logopedics. (ESPL) Category B Society Membership: Multinational, regional, or local organizations in communication sciences and disorders having individual members among their membership. Category C Society Membership: Multinational, national, regional, or local organizations in communication sciences and disorders comprised of Societies as their membership. Student Membership

An individual enrolled for part- or full-time study for preregistration, undergraduate or postgraduate studies directly related to the field of human communication disorders and sciences at a formal education institution. Students must provide official evidence of enrolment at the time of joining the Association and/or registering for a congress/composium.
